Went and brought my son car, ford focus from this place. Absolutely spot on with the service, no heavy sales, just let us look around the car at our own leisure, no hard sales. Brought all paperwork out to look through. Dale was absolutely great, telling my son everything he wanted to know and took it for a test drive and Lee who valets and cleans the cars ,does a absolute fantastic job.
I can not recommend these guys enough.
It was well worth the hour ride to go and get the car.

Ford Kuga

We came to look for my sons first car and it was a refreshing change to be able to look around a car with no sales pressure. Dale was open about any issues when we spoke on the phone before we travelled to look at it and it was an honest assessment so at least there were no obvious surprises and it was not a wasted trip. The car had been meticulously cleaned and valeted so looked good when we pulled up. We were given the keys and the file of paperwork and left alone to look at everything which meant no pressure or someone one looking over our shoulder. Test drive was available there and then. Car was ready to collect next day and and a minor bodywork issue was resolved in that time. Highly recommend these guys.

A truly fabulous experience when buying my Audi from Dale, these guys do know what ‘real’ customer means and certainly go the extra mile.
After a few weeks, Dale resolved a warranty issue for me without hesitation. FIVE star service I would call it.

The guys there at Midland Motorhouse were a dream to deal with. Not only did they stay there until 8pm and beyond on a Saturday evening so that I could pick up my car, they kept me full in the loop of what was happening with the car and offered me a fair price for my car part ex.

Great service from Midland Motorhouse who sold us a new truck for our fleet. Dale the salesmen was very helpful from start to finish. We had to leave a holding deposit which I was a bit concerned about because we couldn't get to the dealership for 48 hours due to work commitments. Dale put my mind at ease and reassured me. Got there new truck was as described and I paid within the hour and left a very happy customer. Keep doing what your doing.

Dale and Khalid were very friendly and straight forward to deal with. During my test drive, all the functions of the new car were carefully run through, and the full car history shared. The merits and drawbacks of a part exchange deal were discussed, and I was given a good fair price based on the condition of the cars
while referring to the Auto-trader guide.
When I pointed out there was no spare tyre, I was given a replacement tyre inflator and repair kit at no extra charge.
I was very happy with the overall experience.
